The marathon ticket costs 184 euros per person.

It includes all milongas, the X-session and the following meals:

1 welcome soup; 2 brunches; 1 dinner and late-night snacks.

Water is available free of charge at all times.

There are no tickets for individual days or evenings.

Do you need a discount? 

Join the team of volunteers – we offer discounts here. 

You are all very welcome, but we love a good mix of followers, leaders and double-role dancers.

We always keep an eye on this ratio. Whether you get a confirmation depends on how balanced this ratio is. 

Registrations as a couple (following and leading) can usually be confirmed the quickest, so perhaps you have a partner with whom you would like to register. If you register as a couple, please make sure that you enter the correct e-mail address of your partner so that our emails do not get lost.

Simply sign up for one of the two roles and send us a quick email to let us know that you’re dancing a double role. Please only sign up as a double role dancer if you usually dance both roles at milongas. THANK YOU

Helper/reduced ticket/ sleeping on site

Would you like to come again or for the first time as a helper for a discount? Our helpers can sleep on site by prior arrangement.

Helping during the event:
We are especially looking for help in the morning hours to prepare the brunch and making order in the morning (08:30-11:30) and during dinner time. If you can imagine to join the team, please register via Homepage and mark yourself as helper.

Helping before and after the event:
We’re also looking for volunteers to help with setting up on the day of the event and clearing up straight after it.

Dear „Tango-enthusiast“ welcome as part of the „Tangosause“!

In order to have a save and pleasant time please read the following:

The organiser is not liable for any property damage or any personal injury arising from the attendance to the „Tangosause“.

We can not take charge of any losses due to theft or loss of equipment and articles or other personal property.

The organiser reserves the right, in case of adverse conditions or other unforeseeable events (for example: illness, fire damage, water damage, in the place of the event), to postpone or cancel the event without  any consequences (we don’t take charge for costs linked to the event (like costs for: traveling, hotel booking, room booking, or any other costs); In this case, the participation fee will be refunded, minus a processing fee of 25 euros.
The details of paying and cancellation, will be send via Mail. If you need to cancel, please feel free to suggest a replacement.

We strongly recommend that you get travel cancellation insurance.

Please note that smoking is forbidden in all the rooms.

Please tell us as soon as possible if you have to cancel.

When registered as a couple both have to complete the payment to receive the final confirmation.

By paying the ticket and or taking part at the event you agree to these conditions.
